How do I book a ride?

Open the GoCome app, set your pickup location and destination, choose your preferred ride type, and confirm your booking. You'll see your driver's details and can track them in real-time.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept cash, credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard), bank transfers, and mobile money payments. You can also save multiple payment methods in the app.

How do I cancel a ride?

You can cancel your ride through the app within the first 5 minutes of booking without any charge. After 5 minutes, a cancellation fee may apply. Go to 'My Rides', select the active ride, and tap 'Cancel'.

Is my ride insured?

Yes, every ride with GoCome Africa is covered by our comprehensive insurance policy, including passenger liability and accident coverage for your peace of mind.

How do I rate my driver?

After each ride, you'll be prompted to rate your driver from 1-5 stars and leave optional feedback. This helps us maintain quality service for all riders.

What if I left something in the car?

Contact our support team immediately with your ride details. We'll help connect you with your driver to arrange the return of your item.

How do I get a receipt?

After each ride, a digital receipt is automatically sent to your registered email address. You can also view all your ride history and receipts in the app.

Can I schedule a ride in advance?

Yes! You can schedule rides up to 7 days in advance. Select the 'Schedule' option when booking and choose your preferred date and time.

How do I receive payments?

Earnings are deposited directly to your registered bank account every Friday. You can track your earnings in real-time through the driver app.

What if I have an accident?

Contact our emergency support immediately at +234 812 345 6789. Our team will guide you through the insurance claim process and provide necessary assistance.

How do I update my documents?

Go to 'Account Settings' in the driver app and select 'Documents'. You can upload new documents there. They'll be verified within 24-48 hours.

Can I drive in other cities?

Yes, once verified, you can accept rides in any city where GoCome Africa operates. Your driver profile is valid across all our locations.

What are the requirements to drive?

You need a valid driver's license, a vehicle (2015 model or newer), proof of insurance, roadworthiness certificate, and a smartphone to use the driver app.

How do passenger ratings work?

After each ride, passengers rate you from 1-5 stars. Maintaining a high rating (above 4.5) helps you get more ride requests and qualify for bonuses.

What support is available for drivers?

We offer 24/7 driver support, training programs, a driver community forum, and partner discounts on fuel and maintenance.

Can I take breaks while online?

Yes! Simply toggle your status to 'Offline' in the driver app whenever you need a break. You can go back online anytime.

How do I create an account?

Download the GoCome app from Google Play Store or Apple App Store, tap 'Sign Up', and follow the instructions to create your account using your phone number or email.

Is GoCome available in my city?

We currently operate in Lagos, Abuja, Port Harcourt, and Ibadan. We're expanding to more cities soon! Check the app for availability in your area.

How do I reset my password?

On the login screen, tap 'Forgot Password' and follow the instructions. A reset link will be sent to your registered email or phone number.

How do I delete my account?

Contact our support team with your account details and reason for deletion. We'll guide you through the account closure process.
